MQ is a "C200" diff (200mm ring)
GQ is an "H233" (233mm ring)
Bigassed rear GQ/GU "H260" (260mm ring)

Navara LSD rear is an H233 with the smaller number of splines that suit the front of a GQ (IIRC 31 splines)

Mq rear can be c200 - unusual, usually h233, and sometimes h260 in late model utes. But the mq rear h233 accepts a different axle to the gq front h233.

as you say tho the navara h233 has been successfully put into a gq front.
