2007 Pajero challenge
Entry sent... Seems like ages away but after Chrissy and new year it's always on top of us before we know it!
As far as an indecent proposal goes, I'd accept nothing less than $100,000 to tolerate buggery. Any less and it's just not worth the psychological trauma.
I'll be happy to get within ten places of either of ya's .. Came close this year but no cigar!..Drafty wrote:Didnt know the entry forms were out yet, better jump on their site.
We'll beat you one of these years Sparky.

Once a year I organise the Intra Challenge for the Pajero Club. GuJohnno was allowed to enter the club only event because his Navi was a club member. Photos taken were from the club only event and it has no bearing on the actual Challenge in Feb 2007. Our club only event is designed to give experience to new members and more practice for more experienced members. It's usually held in the area that the Paj Challenge used in the previous year. Those that do well in our club event have finished in the top 10 of the actual Challenge. GuJohnno and Rob were in the same team that won the club event in Dec 2006, so watch out for them in the Paj Challenge.Big Red Toy wrote:Yeah i just so happen to know who owns that white 80 series i believe TURPS will be competing with rob againMYTTUF wrote:Jonno must know something but no doubt is sworn to secrecy. As for me, I have no idea where the Paj Challenge is going to be held. I'm competing as a Navi, because that's where the challenge is. The only thing I can tell you is that Rob Pepper is more evil this year.
Good luck all.
cheers,
Alberto.
That's an experienced team... Hope no ummmmmmm unexpected failures of your laptop take placeNavRun wrote:Navrun is on the line and the pressure is on, Hobzee and I are navi for Dallas Roberts.

I completely agree Alberto..This is what it's all about. The mental strength to keep up with numbers for 24 hours. I love itOnPatrol wrote: I'm competing as a Navi, because that's where the challenge is.

Bugger that sux's. Last time while trying to plot his stage I had the biggest headache. I just wanted to have a spew and goto bed (some how we did well in that stage though).OnPatrol wrote: The only thing I can tell you is that Rob Pepper is more evil this year.

Oh well. And its going to be 4up in the Paj again this year (the poor thing has to die soon). So should be another good trip. Rob (driver), Turps (Navie), Paul and Nick (unlucky suckers in the back).
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY....
Wasn't pickin on you guys for doing a pre run! Nothing against it
I actually found Rob Peppers stage the easiest to plot weird, we struggle on section 1 to get our heads around what to do, but now i think i'm ready......
Bring it on

Last time I seen it. It had no front or motor. Only thing left in front of the A pillar was abit of chassi and a front diff. So I think you better get the whip cracking.
All the paj needs is the lights to be fitted and the 2nd GPS velcro'd to the dash.

Nah I nagged him about tyres the other night. The response was 'They worked last year when it rained so why change'. About now is when I shook my head and cringed.OnPatrol wrote:And new tyresturps wrote: Joe
