I have just finished off a set of mechanical beadlocks it was a DIY kit from YURI 4x4 everything is good except the tyres are leaking from the outside bead between the two rings. All welds were checked its not leaking from there and all bolts are done up to reccomended tourqe settings. Anyone got any ideas on how to stop them leaking.

Cheers Aza
maybe ask Yuri 4x4 if there any solutions, what sort of tyres?
they shouldn't leak from between the rings because the tyre bead should seal them together.
I'd say it is leaking between the inner ring and the wheel, best option is to take the outer ring off, prop the tyre up a bit and smear a heap of silicone around the inner ring where it is welded to the wheel.
If it is only a small leak you could try some of that puncture repair goo in a can.
