Been looking at getting some new suspension for the old girl and i was poking around under neath today a i noticed that next to the existing shock there is mounting points for a second shock. Dont know if this is standard or not? Does any one no what it is for? Is it for running 2 shockies on each side? What is the benefit (if any) of running dual shocks?
Cheers

MK - twin shock up front
like they said, its a swaybar mount, but it wouldnt be too hard to bolt one in. You could even use a pin-eye converter like thisma7rk wrote:Dunno if its for the sway bar. Ive attached a pic.
Looks like a shock mount but i could be wrong
mounted sideways to get the shock away from the tower so it wont foul it and then user a rear landcruiser shock because there an eye to pin shock.
just do it
