gq sills...

Post by viperguy »

how hard is it to fix pretty badly dinged in sills? went out for a thrash today ina private quarry and realised that i should have got sliders about 2 yrs ago when i first built up my truck. both sides have been fully pushed in and the floor area where door closes have been bent up. bottom of doors have some damage but still close and seal ok enough.

they look like a prick of a job to beat out and id need about 15kg of bog which im not keen on anyway. has anybody chopped sill out and plated them? ideas please...

What side RHS was used? It looks like 50x50 but it's a bit hard to tell from the pick.
