Never by Stormwater or DWV pipe from Bunnings they are too dear. Always go to a Plumbing supplies & ask for trade price or in some cases try prefferred Trade. Preferred Trade is nearly the same price as what a plumber pays. Shouldn't Pay anymore than $110 for 225mm X 6Mtr Stormwater & $46 for 150mm x 6Mtr Stormwater. You should also be able to by 90mm x 6Mtr Stormwater for @ $16.40 hope this helps
try and get dwv pipe you may pay a little more but it is uv sablised where storm water is not as it is only suitable for under ground use unless it is coated with paint or something, dwv is also thicker and stronger. However if you do get storm water pipe it would be better if you use dwv caps and not dust caps as they are less likely to break, especially if you plan on also using it for tent pole storage if this is the case i would also recommend that you cut circular pieces of ply to insert in the inside of the cap before you glue it on and then screw through the side of the cap through the pipe and into the edge of the ply to stop it blowin out and then use a piece of foam stuffed in before you screw the cap on to stop them moving around.
i have some 150 pipe here that i could sell you thats left over from makin a tank. may have some fittings that you require to make your tank also.
