Feroza Throttle Body plumbing

Post by MightyMouse »

OOPS - took all the rubber hoses off the throttle body as part of the engine rebuild, thinking that the manual would have easy to read
schematics....

Wrong - there are schematics allright, but dont have the correct number
of lines etc.... ( and are #$%^ hard to follow )

Can someone please look at their F300 HD-E Feroza and tell me where
the rubber lines connected to the throttle body actually go, and where on
the throttle body they are connected ?

The 6mm lines go to the flux capacitor. Make sure the 8mm line is hooked up through the magnet in the right direction or else you will loose 10% of your power.

The 4" hose hooks up to the leaf blower.

Sorry couldn't resist

Which lines are you after? The two vacuum advance lines and the same size ones running to the MAP and idle solenoid I presume?

Page EC-14 of the Service Manual is very easy to follow. ;)
