HI Wendy
In relation to the question asked by cruiserpatrol about running events in clubs, i personaly think it will be a super suggestion. Ive competed in the trials for 5years now and realy realy loved it, Doing this i think it would also stop que jumping and nothing better then your club support.

Does anyone know when the 2007 entry forms will be out?

The website only has the 2006 forms available.

you never know you luck in the big city.
there is always 1 or 2 clubs that are short.
our club will have there comp meeting this month so got to see
if anyone comes out of the wood work.im not competing and there is only
4 to 5 competitors in our club. I know that if gordon doesnt make a comeback for pecker we will be short for that.or if another club member drives my GU and pays for damage
I know well sprung were short last year

like most things(a club) they will leave it to the last week to ask for another car as some one will back out.

The wrist restraints are only used when a car can't use window nets and are approved by the Patrol club to use prior to the event.

The rules state window nets on all vehicles unless an exemption is applied for, then wrist restraints must be fitted. Needs to be a real good reason tho, almost all of the comps require windownets these days so should not be any exemptions. The exemption is required in writing to me in advance for approval and then onto the clerk of the course. i know everyone hates windownets but remember this is for your safety.

I'm just curious why dose a navi have to have a licence?, seein that the driver is the only one driving. I know all comps have this rule but why?
thanks Glenn

I suppose a good reason is to make sure there is some one with a bit of maturity and responsability sitting next to the driver for a bit of guidence. and little Johnny dosen't get a turn to ride in Dad's comp truck during the events. Sorry little Johnny but you already have enough going on.

Bit hard on the sensible mature adult that hasn't got a license, but is bloody good at directing. Miss Wendy, I am sure that there are many mature and responsible non licensed drivers out there. And there are many many immature irresponsible drivers with a license.

Ok, here is a formal apology to all the mature, responsible, un-licensed people out there. I never intended to insult anyone. At the end of the day its intended to at least make sure the navi can see over the dash.
Oh God now I have offended all the SHORT, mature, responsible licensed/ un-licensed people out there. :?
