So what is the timing of the event?

Is scrutineering happening on the Friday?

Drivers briefing?

First stage?

Any more on cost?

$250 per team and plus park fees or are they included?

With having to have a swag or bedroll as part of epuipment should one asume that a base camp each night isn't going to happen? Just wondering for friends and family that may come.

All vehicles will be self scrutineered this year, but spot checks will be conducted over the course of the weekend. But, so long as your car meets the specifications in the rule book, there'll be no dramas.

There will be a drivers briefing at 7pm on Friday 19 October at The Springs. This will be followed by 2 "ease-in" stages. So that everyone can get a reasonably early night.

The swag/bedroll is only to represent that you are on a "trip". It will not be required to be used. So, everyone is welcome to camp with their families.

Thanks guys.
Simon.

Logan Challenge

Post by SOFT 40 »

I am new to the forum, and have only been on the last two logan challenges and i thought they were awesome! I have a few questions, Do you get anything if you win the challenges? and could there by 2 classes (ie different competition for tyre sizes, Like 1 class up to 35", and the 2nd over 35")? It would be good to see as a spectator to see different trucks and their capabilities. I know that i am not a member yet but plan on becoming one as soon as my truck is sorted out.

Do you mean the "Logan Challenge", which happens once a year, or our monthly night runs?

I was thinking that to get more people at the event to make it spectator friendly for either the monthy runs or the challenge.

The monthly night run have never been designed for spectators

and the challenge we normaly have to turn teams away.

What would your recomendations be for classes
