What to use for a Snorkel Head?
Hey
As the subject states, im making a staino snorkel this week and im looking for something to use on the top to stop water getting in.
I was gunna use a standard snorkel head but they are like 100 plus, screw that.
Any ideas? and pics!
Cheers

A donaldson 'safari' style ram head is ~ $30 from most diesel spares shops, and available in a wide range of sizes.

I picked up a 75mm Donaldson ram head just recently so they do make them.legsx1 wrote:In NZ the smallest head that Donaldson supply is 100mm, that is what I used on my steel 100mm snorkle.
So you need to watch out for the correct diameter to fit your tube
