I think I have the same ones as you, efs off e-bay?? anyway had mine about the same time and yeah still as hard as a rock, I have spoken to several people in the know ;) and they recon take the third leaf down from the top. aparrently this one holds the top ones from compressing down and once you release the pressure off (take the bolt out) the third leaf has a higher curve then the others.
I havent dont this yet so I cant guarantee if this has the best result.
but its what I am trying first,
I will be doing it to the rears only as I am more looking into the RUF set up in the front, I already have the vit front brakes fitted and getting the longer brake lines made up next week,
I'll keep an eye on this thread to see if anybody else has any better suggestions.
:D

i had a sierra with efs front and king rear same problem removed second smallest leaf helped till they bent real bad near rear hangers my opion get some standed rear and have the reset put them in the front and remove the wrap bolts from the rears of your efs and see how that works.

I was told today by another suspension guy who owns a sierra, to remove the bottom ones only :!:
the big thick one :!: :!:
this helps both ways up and down,
and the only way to get realy soft suspension is reset your stock ones so the car rides higher but still uses a soft spring, along with removing the thick bottom one...
he's had 3 so far and he's had 3 different spring setups.
recons the reset ones are best for flexability and softness,
only problem though is yes they can bend easier and you might find your self reseting them every once and a while as they are a softer spring.
even when doing the RUF conversion, remove the bottom one only, unless its only an off road car then go nuts :D

all in all,

Bottom one :D :!:
