I was told today by another suspension guy who owns a sierra, to remove the bottom ones only
the big thick one
this helps both ways up and down,
and the only way to get realy soft suspension is reset your stock ones so the car rides higher but still uses a soft spring, along with removing the thick bottom one...
he's had 3 so far and he's had 3 different spring setups.
recons the reset ones are best for flexability and softness,
only problem though is yes they can bend easier and you might find your self reseting them every once and a while as they are a softer spring.
even when doing the RUF conversion, remove the bottom one only, unless its only an off road car then go nuts
all in all,
Bottom one

I hate going to weddings because all the grandma's used to poke me in the ribs saying you're next, you're next. They've stopped doing it since I started doing it to them at funerals.
