If it's on a Sierra take it off. not entirely legal but there's much worst things going on out there. It won't effect the handling that much.

But to answer your question, I don't know of an adjustable swaybar outside of the race cars. Some have designed disconnectable ones.

i know a mate and i have been looking at it using little air rams or air bags, cause we run shorty's they can get messy really quick, just to try and get some balance back in bad spots

Adjustable for finding the best rate or adjustable for on/offroad?

Adjustable rate ones are quite common on race cars, changing the mount point of the pushrod to the bar seems to be the most common way.

For on/off road I considered not a straight disconnect, but rather using a lockable damper. When you want the stability it'd be locked, but unlocked it'd still allow full articulation, but a decent amount of stability too.
