Do you already have the tyres? 15x8 is a lot easier to find 2nd hand... 15x7 even easier. Same goes for 15" tyres... it just all works out cheaper and I would think 15s fit on a 60.
But if you have the 16" tyres already that's different.

I got mine brand new from Guest 4wd in Fairfield but your local beaurepairs or Bob Jane should be able to get the same steel rim in a 16 x 8 for around $80 to $100.

I have stacks of discovery steel rims - so I wanted to use them. They are a very solid rim. Funnily enough, I think the tyres work better on a narrow rim, and there is very little chance of the bead betting damaged by rocks offroad, as the tyre protects it.
