Hey Craig. Yeah, I think Julie is working on some kind of a spreadsheet or something with the scores per stage. As soon as something is available, I'll post it up.
I'll probably drop in tomorrow sometime, cause I also have the sponsor shirt to drop off.

Cheers mate.

Hi Jimmy.

Randall was down there on saturday, so he should have a heap of pics. He's also asked me to compile a bit of a story for Dirt Comp.

Thats only a small wheel lift on the red lux. You should have seen the jeep and the red lux when they were doing the dead car pull. I reckon the jeep would have been about a foot longer and the look on their faces as the gq pulled them down the hill into the left hand turn into the gully and back to the start was priceless. I would also like to thank simon and julie and every one involved in a great weekend and the experience of being an official. It definatly gives you a different perspective of the event and what has to be done. great work and had lots of fun.

Woohoo!!!!

What a fantastic weekend!!

A huge congratulations to Simon, Julie, Shane and many others for putting on such a great event, by far the best one I have had the privilege to compete in. The competition ran very smoothly with the new format and the stages were tough enough to get the adrenalin going big time but still friendly enough for wagons. The diversity of the stages were great, you just never knew what Simon had in stall for you on the next stage.

Congratulations to all the teams on their great efforts, and a huge thanks to the sponsors, officials and the park owners.

A big thanks to our sponsor, Redcliffe Springs, who helped make it possible for us to compete, special thanks to our team members, we had such a lot of fun and worked together so well. Well done to Geoff and Robbie, first event you have ever competed in, and congrats for taking out the Alec Howe award. And to Jimmy and Brian for the last competition before you retire, I am so glad you were able to take home the first place trophy mate. The poor old Patrol will probably be glad to be towing the van around Austraia for a break. You are all a great bunch of guys to work with.

Look forward to seeing some more pics

Thanks Jane.

Big congrats to you and your team. A thoroughly desrved win.

We had a ball organising this year's event. It was actually exciting with the new format, and such. Mind you, it also put the stress levels through the roof. haha. I'm sure I will be there next year, in some capacity, but it won't be as a main organiser. I'll probably just look after one stage or something. So, you'll all have someone else to torture you next year!!

Thanks again for all the positive feedback guys. It really does make it all worthwhile. I think it's just time to move over and let someone else have a go at organising the event. Otherwise, everyone will get sick of our ideas!!
Simon.

Well, I've had a busy week and only just had chance to read the reviews and it seems that everyone had lots of fun.

We certainly did too. Our first Logan Challenge as competitors and I must say it is one of the best organised events that I have competed in. Well done to Simon, Julie, Shane and all their supporters.

I've sponsored this event 10 times in the last 11 years and am proud to do so. From a Sponsors' point of view - there were not enough spectators. But from a Competitors's point of view - there were enough spectators to block up the transport routes from stage to stage, especially when you are trying to get through all the stages in the time provided. (??? what a dilemma !!)

The Springs is a great park and the Ian & Toni certainly make you welcome.

Congratulations to Jane, Pete & the team from Redcliffe Springs. We were too busy competing to see how you guys went - but you whipped our butts.

We came a respectable 4th. (Team DILLIGAF) - very happy with that - only one locker in the team and our first Logan Challenge - AND - we had fun. (OK - even the 2.5km orienteering event seemed allright - 4 days later). A big thank to all my team mates - well done.

Well, I'll be back again next year as both sponsor & competitor (look out Jane!!)
