Ive done a heap of measuring and reading on different threads etc.

Can anyone confirm this?

From what I can tell the G16B & Auto combination is the same size auto box and bolt paterns than the J20A & Auto.

There fore if a Conversion was done with a G16b and Vit 4spd auto then later on you could take this out and bolt in the J20A and its 4spd auto.

The only difference is the size (length) of the J20A) and the engine mount bolt paterns on the block of the J20A.

From what I have heard the manuals from the G series have the same bolt pattern as the J20 and J23 so I ASSUME the autos would interchange.

Cannot confirm anything though.
