I have a 95 deisel twin cab triton and want to sound proof the cab. The current rubber matting does not block any noise.
Any ideas out their.

soundproofing

Underfelt is good, but it is bulky to get quailty soundproofing. My brother (ricer boy) loves his car stereos and loud sound, the soundproof mat (I think its called Dynamat) you get from places like "The Car Stereo Company" works brilliantly! and is thin by comparison and you can mould it into place. It is quite pricey by memory but worth every cent if you want reduced noise. Plus you can do the roof under the headlining, make it real nice and quiteloopy wrote:NJV6 wrote:Buy some soundproofing and some glue and a knife.......
It'll be a pretty big job to do it properly, mainly pulling all the dash out.
What about good old underfelt
I LIKE IT, I LIKE IT ALOT!!!!!!!!!
