i put an intercooler also in my pick-up with the same engine. difference is i put it at the back of the grille. did not notice much improvement though. the only advantage i guess that it performs well when the weather is hot just like when its cold. i guess i have to up the boost a bit due to the long tubings to compensate.

You will find that the Rodeo can also generate around 81kw with a small adjustment to the injector pump, most dyno tunes can do this in a very short period of time.
