Mine's a little heavier than yours nick, but compressed mine are 450mm. They're 4" Kings 80 series rears, medium duty. If i were doing it again i'd go with soft duty as although they are awesome onroad, they're a touch stiff offroad.
You could use a spacer nick, i'm using 35mm spacers, i think they're like 30 bucks each or something. You'll definatly need to tie them in then but i'm guessing you're already doing that. I hate to think how floppy mine would be if they wern't tied in
