It's been a while since i did a 60 but from memory for a 2", the fan shroud had to be modified/or taken off, your brakelines may need to be lengthened, the steering shaft at the box should be loosened to alow for the extra length. The biggest pain in the ass is the gear sticks. The rough way is to cut the floor section out on both sticks as you wont get 3 and reverse and it wont lock into fwd (we did this just dont cut too much out as the noise come through the hole, may need to cut outsome of the bottom of the inner boot of the sticks too). The neat way is get your sticks bent.
Pretty much check anything that runs from the body to the chassis as you are stretching anything in between if its tight. Am happy to be corrected if anything is wrong. Bring on the mods :)

Hey mate what year and level is it? G, GXL, VX?

i had a 89 HJ61 sahara 5sp manual with the push button 4x4. the only thing i had to modify was the fan shroud, i re-drilled the shroud 50mm lower, losen shaft that goes from the steering wheel to the steering box, brake lines were sweet, everything was easy as. gear selector had no worries only thing i had to adjust was the H-N-L Transfer lever, as i couldnt get low range. all i did was got underneith vehicle and there is a rod that goes from the transfer case to the selector in the cabin, mine had like a turn buckle sort on thing on one end, kept adjusting it until i had Low range again, easy as.

I have a 3" lift and the only things needing attention were the radiator shroud and the transfer lever boot needed some mods. I turned it from north/south to east/west cutting and belting the hump and filled the hole that was left at the top section.
