GQ warn high mount fit into a arb low mount bar??

I have just got a warn 8274 highmount. but i have an arb front bar been told its for a low mount now what i would like to know is... how much will i have to cut of my grill to make her fit.... or am i just pushing my luck!?

i modified my arb non winch bullbar to fit a highmount and i had to cut this mutch out of my grill

Hi, my last bar was a low mount bar the hi-mount fits ok, but you do have to cut grill, just fit the winch to the bar and trial fit it,and then you will see how much you have to cut....Paul

Yes it will fit but you need to cut a fair bit out of your bar which will weaken it. I reinforced mine with 6mm plate and gusseted either side of the winch mounting holes as well. As well as old mate showed you with the grille.
I ought to report you to the f#cking RSPCA neville.
