Now we want to beef it up a bit, How much lift do we need to fit 35s at the most ? And where is the best place to do this as we also want
1, Snorkle
2, Winch bar
3, tyres and rims
4, lift
I no theres ARB but it's the $$$$$ factor.

They either scrub the crap out of your gaurds, or the springs are way to stiffkitacooch wrote:I have 35" discoverers under my 95 disco and i have 2" spring lift and guard cut only

Wanted: Car trailer or beaver tail truck, let me know what you got
ontop of this get some good 8" -25 steel rims.cloughy wrote:2" spring lift

Cut the gaurds
Do it properly, Diff locks and stronger axles and diff gears, or diff conversion
so long as the springs are not to stiff (220front and say 240rear, or 270 max if you intend on carrying heavy loads) you will get abit of scrub but nuthing to worry about.

Its had a 3"spring lift and still had to cut gaurds to fit 33"
Should be sweet after this
Cheers Dash
What did you expect? Discoverys have 29in standard tyres. Not like a Patrol which has 31 or 32in tyres to start with.
Anything bigger than 31s require a guard cut on a Disco1.
