SuperPro polyurethane bushes

Anybody fitted any these front or rear? How they go for vibration dampening and noise? It looks like they do the full spread of bushes, at least for my '93 LWB (I cant find the front inner bushes for the front control arm anywhere else but from suzuki)
and they have caster correction sets

Superpro are a very good quality australian product, I use them in my commodore. However I've heard that rubber will flex better than urethane bushes in a 4wd application if that's what you're after.

This is what I thought too till I was rightly corrected. If you PM Bruceh on this forum he can supply urethane bushes that will flex as good as rubber but with better durability. I understand he makes them himself.

Well it really depends on how they are made, yes urethane can be made softer/flexier than rubber but I think you will find alot of the brands out there are marketed for motorsport which requires hardness ie: nolothane bushes are stupid hard.

Post up how you go. I am upgrading suspension and may need to replace some rubbers.

I used superpro bushes in a jeep I,m building , I got custom springs made and used suzuki large leaf spring bushes in each end , they flex fairly well considering it only has a 85 inch wheel base , It's a CJ-5 jeep , 350 chev , auto , Dana 60 F/R and double locked , Cheers Paul.

I fitted a full set of superpro bushes to my sierra with greasable shackles. I found no real difference in flex or ride quality compared to the old rubber ones. They felt quite soft for urethane but still looked pretty durable.

And they dont squeak at all due to the greasable shackles, very smooth in their operation

I'm still mulling it over.

After spending a heap of time calling different suspension places I've come to the conclusion that only superpro and suzuki do full bush sets. Nolathane, pedders, kelpro etc don't do some of them. Unfortunately I never got any info from Bruceh (although he did send a blank PM at one point ).

The superpro and suzuki sway bar bushes aren't much different in price but the control arm, rear trailing arm and a-arm bushes are a heap cheaper from superpro.

Soooo, I will be going with superpro after I've paid for my wedding in 6 weeks and I stop being poor.

Pleasingly, by doing a strut mount flip and using the maximum adjustment on the strut mounts (by maximum i mean only about 2mm of play) I've managed to bring caster out to +1.5deg so i will only need the standard control arm bushes not the correction ones.

After the install I will post some pics and my impressions.
