Whats a GQ 42 Diesel worth?

Gday, just after a starting figure for our 90 GQ diesel wgn, arb winch bar and rear bar, long range tanks, OME suspension, dual batteries, rally 2000 spotties,o/head console and 7 seats, 2 owners from new and 265,000kms. Ti mags with all terrains, what would you ask for it? Thanks in advance.

probably better to strip back to close to std, adn flog the bits.

I reckon around 10k. Leave a few accesseries on it so that it is not plain and boring, but I would be flogging off the rear bar. Those things are way overpriced when new and people will still pay good money for them second hand.

Not a lot of km's for the age of the car, and the Diesel 4.2's do hold there value.

Can't read where it says turbo so youve prolly answered your own question sport, brand new clutch, radiator and alternator also blue over silver with snorkel,

Bogged, Im not sure, hence the question, but Im told its in great condition, never bush bashed, just a few long outback trips,Id be happy with 9-9.5k, start and see if I get any interest. Thanks to all replies.

id say around 6 or 7k. but because of low kms and condition you may get more. i don't think accessories add as much value as they are worth.

I sold my 91 with similar accessories for $14,500 not that long ago (8 months) it had 207,000 on the clock. But was fitted with a DTS turbo kit as well

Who wants to buy charcoal burners these days? straight gas is the way to go, my engine pumps out the killer wasps and is cheap to fill. Get what you can, goodluck.

Well, I have had an offer of 9.5k, so it will be going to a new home.It is a very good 18yr old ,well looked after, well set up GQ.1st to see it, scooped it up, and I hadnt listed it for sale yet. Maybe I could have got more , who knows?.
