The major difference is that the import runs 24 volts instead of 12 volts so replacement electrical items are harder to source.

Although i have heard of some imports running a 12 volt system. But have never been able to varify this.

I have a customer who bought an import HJ61 Sahara. It has a 12H-T, pto and "Turbo" bucket seats. Pretty nice rig really and I hate 60s. 24V too.
