I never realised these things were standard diameter therefor you can use standard seals, bearings etc. Brilliant!
Wheeling on completely wicked angles, without even looking stable.

How hard do you try and break them?

oh and roughly what did shipping to australia set you back?

I'd consider ordering these if it meant I could comfortably run 33x12.5's & lockers, and maybe one day bump up to say 35's...

Anyone here running aftermarket axles on large (35") tyres? Locked?

Yes, we've had a few cars running doubletoughs and 35" tyres, locked and with gears.

They seem very strong.

Cept isn't Sierra axles also 22 spline where as these new ones are 26 spline meaning you have to change your side gears, so fitting one of their Lockrights would also have to happen.....? :P

Yeah, I was just saying the other day to my father that if I ever get around to locking my front (still to do the rear too), I'd go heavy duty front shafts, as I don't see the point in pulling the front apart changing the diff centre and not doing it.

What a shame :cool:

x2 but opposite. Running 33's, so HD axles would ease my mind a bit. May as well throw in the locker while im there instead of chasing down some 26 spline side gears... :D

I have a welded front, but still haven't broken a CV, well only running 31"s anyway but Hugging a tree right now (touch wood) It doesn't break any times soon but well if it goes out in a big way well thats what Ill go for a Lockright front and tougher Axles and CV's
..wrench, wheel, wreck repeat..
