Do or don't want to keep it :?
If you want to keep it just T piece where you OEM sender is if not just use that hole straight into the block

There is already a T piece there as the OEM sender is sharing that point with the oil feed for the aftermarket turbo.

Where does the oil temp gauge need to go , does it have to go there as well? I might have to ditch the oil temp gauge as I will need like 3 T pieces all in tandem - lots room for leaks :(

Would solve my problem.. Is it OK to get the oil pressure and temp from the oil filter ?

Where ever you get into the system for oil temp/pres you have the potential for leaks. :D If you use an "x" piece there are less potential leak points....

Where do I buy these fittings from? obviously toyota wont have them.

I am thinking of an X piece or a long fitting with 2 holes on each side or 1 each side and 1 at the end.

I think the X piece might make it all too tight a fit
