1998 NISSAN PATROL GU ST

Post by BkD »

My mates getting one and is wondering how they go compared to the 3Ltr, he has money to spend so what's some good mods to the engine to get it going like a 3Ltr, he doesn't wanna touch the turbo or spend shit loads on the engine. Any useful links would be good as well. I was told about a safari exhaust system you can order over the net, are they any good?

Cheers

td42? td42t? rd28t?

it has been covered many times before....have a bit of a search. cant go past td42 for reliability. but they do need turbo's. td42t is a slightly better motor as a few more additions to the motor were made to handle turbo heat (correct me if im wrong for the GU)

all motors benifit from an aftermarket exhaust system.
