Got a speedy seal kit and ithas the 4 valves.

just wondering how you change a valve on a tire.

screw the old one out, screw a new one in. use the little 4 way tool in the kit.

If its the whole stem, take off the valve cap, spit on the bulb at the bottom of the rubber part of the stem, poke it through the rim hole from inside, screw the outside thread cutter of the 4 way tool onto where the valve cap goes, lever the stem into place by using 2 screwdrivers/ tyre levers. Give it a wiggle around to make sure its seated correctly.
Mud makes excellent toothpaste.
