are you talking headers? or full system? standard ,custom? lukey , hurricane and genie all do headers (extractors) and any exhaust shop can do what ever you want , or are you wanting to buy parts and fit yourself? as there fitting is usally no different from the price you pay to get to put on yourself

yes get extractors! power increase isnt great but is noticeable.

do a search lots have spoken about the subject .

my hole system 2" and extractors , no cat as its leaded, cost around $500-700 carn't remember it was a hole 8 months ago i think.

just think of your exhaust tip before getting it done! i was sucking fumes big time as it finished level with the tail gate and faced straight out .
ANGLE it out the side, unless its a hard top

IMO 2" is too big. It will be too loud and you'll get better torque with something smaller. I wouldnt go any bigger than 1.75" on a 1.3 engine.

yes the 2" is very loud but works fine, i put an adapter 1.3/4" on the tip to reduce noise . but feels stronger with it of, given that it revs out cleaner at the top end . have you got or are you gunna change your cam or air cleaner set up in the near future? if so 2" would be fine if not go 1 3/4".

what ever size you get will be an improvement over standard be it 1 3/4 or 2" the choice is yours, but remember you can always put a reduced tip on a 2" system but you carn't expand a 1 3/4" to 2"

I love the note mine makes with a fuly sik set of extractors and 2 inch system .. didnt notice any drop inlow end performance but a definate improvemt in mid range and top end was quicker to rev out as well ...

got mine done by a mob in thornton (near newcastle) that do their own mandrel bending. 2" mandrel with hi-flo cat and muffler for $600. cheaper if ur cat isn't shot (-$240)

performance increase is definately noticeable, more pull lower, and revs much more freely. isn't very noisy at all, just enuf to be enjoyed :D
