How wide are you and How tall?

Ok just measured my rig before i start pulling it apart.

Currently i am
78"/1980mm wide on the Front
82"/2085mm in the rear
Measured from the very outside edge of the tyre.

And i am
80'/2030mm Tall measured at 4psi on 38.5/16/15 Claws.

How tall and wide are you?

front is 1820 from outside to outside on tyres

where the roof joins the cab (heightest point) i am 1900 and ground to chassis is 650mm at the gear box x-member.




now convert that to feet and inches :finger:

Im only at 21"/535mm to the X member. Are you sure yours is that much higher?

Specs for a Vitara wagon

1730mm(68inch) rear
1670mm(66inch) front
1800mm(71inch) high

Stock Vitara hight 1660mm

ATM my POS is about 500mm to the highest piont and from the widest points around 1100mm. :oops: :lol:

front 1800mm WAY TO NARROW
rear 1850mm
x member 625mm


I THINK ITS TIME TO DROP IT :roll: 3 inchs any way :?

mines 2130 high and 2115 wide with 10.5r 35 centipedes
2970 wheelbase.
1605 front track.
1625 rear track.

Yeah mate, rip out that body lift for starters, you still have a long way to go before you have to worry about tyres scrubbing in your guards. :D

1840 high to snokle - highest point on mine
470 to lowest point on x - member :?

520 to center of x member (std member), 1928 top of cab, not inc bar lights etc, track is std with 35 x 10.5 peeds, wheel base 2790

Thought about lifting the toy some more but not sure about the best height for the surf.. ramp over vs tip over :?
will prob play with a better xmember, don't really like to much weight too high

couldn't help notice, I think, is was gruntless... its sooooo high, that looks scary ??

Did a temp fit together today, and Im not to tall, not to wide and my wheelbase is how far apart my wheel hubs are. :lol: :finger:

hmmm... now lets see. (flipping to page 7 of the Gregory's Patrol/Maverick service & repair manual...)

tall = 1,750mm
wide = 1,800mm
wheelbase = 2,970mm

estimated after a few "modifications"

tall = 2,100mm
wide = 2,100mm
wheelbase = 2,970mm
