Yep, I've used a Bluepoint one and it made a mockery of all the normally PITA to remove Sierra screws. I don't own an air hammer though so I normally use a good quality #3 Phillips head, and if that doesn't work, a cod chisel on the edge normally gets them started.

PS it's easy to push the whole lot in with an air hammer though - especially on the top door hinges.



macca81- we'd only need them if suzuki's broke down... :lol:

I haven't found they work very well- i.e still punch the hinge in but don't undo the screw.

I smashed two Blue Point impact driver screw bits trying to undo all the screws in my SWB. Stripped a few of the screws & put dents in the car too.
Then I tried a cold chisel and haven't looked back. One swift belt in a downwards direction at 12 o'clock and then turn it out. Screws are re-usable and no dents.

when i had to take mine off ... i cut two flat sides onto the bolt and used a shifter ... it now has hex heads :D
