OK so it will be measured on the truck, aired down etc? as opposed to the size that is listed? reckon i could just about air down a 42" to measure 39" or less.
can this be confirmed?

The height might change that much - but not the width ;)

Standard Class

Post by MD4x4 »

In an effort to increase competition, participation and numbers in standard class has there ever been any thought of allowing the use of a single locker, be it front or rear?

No standard is just that ...for the standards. A lot are new guys to comps or its a cheap way to have some fun.

In about a week there should be some info on the Nissan clubs page - www.nissanpatrolclub.org.
In the meantime.
Trials are held at the SORRA(Sydney Off Road Racing Assoc.) property. This is about 60km from the Windsor bridge heading north up the Putty Rd.
Fairly basic camping with food and loos. Price will be confirmed soon.
There 100 competitors in 25 teams from registered 4wd clubs. 8 events, 4 each day rangeing from dirty great hill climbs to huge holes and log events.
Classes and the rest of the info you can get from the web page soon. Last years stuff is still there and this will give you an idea. Should be some pictures too.
Just PM me if you need anymore info.

The email containing all the forms to the webmaster is apparently lost in cyber space so I have just re-sent it. Please wait for the '08 forms as there has been some little changes.
Shouldn't be more than a couple of days.

Just a quick note to all representatives of clubs and Trials teams. I tried to send the Trials pack out to all the people on my contact list and have had lots bounce back. So it seems my list is out of date and contacts have changed. The ones that have bounced back will be deleted off my contact list.
People will need to contact me via a PM to update my trials contacts. If you are PM'ing me please tell me your name, what club and if you are a team manager or a competittor so I can update my records. Thanks all.

Cheers
