Could someone tell me whether or not the top and bottom links run paralell to each other?
If not, is anyone kind enough to measure/tell me the difference?

No the lowers are narrower at the diff going wider at the chassis mounts and the uppers run parrallel to each other, just have a look at the angle the bosses are welded on.
