There is something odd about them. I remember when they first came out they were having problems with them and you couldnt use a VS flywheel on them. But im sure the bolt pattern is the same. I always assumed they were a dual mass flywheel but have never actually seen one to confirm that.

Yep, VT manual flywheel is dual mass.

Exedy do a clutch/flywheel kit to replace it, most manufacturers recommend the replacement of a dual mass flywheel with the clutch change.
Don't ask me, ask them. I'm just runnin for my life myself.
Well they are all following you...

As stated above they have dual mass flywheel..

We did a a clutch on a vu the other month or so and the customer got a new fly wheel from a company in QLD (i think) that does away with the dual mass idea...

They machine up a new flywheel (solid) if that makes sense bout 250 i think it was....

I used to make alot of Solid replacement flywheels from 4340 ("Chrome Molly" as it is called on the forum) for Nick's Performance Clutches in Brisbane 07 32779403.

I made replacement flywheels for Everything from ZD30 patrol to RB26 skyline and rotors. From stock organic to triple plate buttons. We did a super light flywheel for the 13b that was running at 13000rpm.

At the time the complete ZD30 replacement clutch and flywheel was cheaper then the stock nissan deul mass flywheel.

Doug is the man there, Nick is his dad, its a family company and they are great to deal with.

I used a 308 flywheel, it's solid and as long as it has 153 teeth should be fine.

Cheers
