I am a mech at a Holden dealer mate and the the flywheel/flexplate bolts are tentioned at 100nm and they are consumable bolts and must be replaces with new ones, and the pressure plate bolt torque is 70nm just make sure you locktite the flywheel/flexplate bolts and the clutch plate bolts as I have seen a few come loose in my time.

Also yea it is a one peice seal but they have a plate on the rear of the motor that can leak Its not very common but wouldnt hurt to change that while your there its upto you mate.
