Hi guys ,done my V8 conversion in my GQ, up and running sweet ,but I'm not happy with the bottom rad hose, joined two together to make longer one,but was wondering if anyone else who has done this conversion how they did their hose,is there one loner one that suits or do I still leave it joined, just a bit worried it might come apart thats all.Oh and its a 304 too. Thanks
The only problem is my rad's an alloy one with plastic tanks so can't extend the pipe and tried looking at the parts supplier but nothing so far,did go past the rad guy and he's making me a joiner piece to suit the 2 different size hoses so it should hopefuly fix the prob a bit better
I did the same. Make steel pipes and just used short sections on rubber. Not a Holden motor but the same problems.
