LT 95 into 84RR

Ive aquired a 84 Rangie :D its an Auto (Tourqflite 3 Spd)

I want to put an LT95 4spd into the old girl is this possible

if so what apart from the clutch pedal assembly will I need

Im sourcing the gearbox from an Stage 1 V8

They came with an lt95 prior to 84 so wont be a problem, you may need the shafts from a manual rangie though, also possibly the tranny mount brackets will be different to the stage 1.
Saddle up tonto, its the not so loanrangie! . 98 TDI DISCO lightly modded with more to come.

You may already be aware, but the stage 1 box has a much lower transfer ratio than a rangy LT95 (about 30% lower) - good if you want to run 33's or bigger but you might find it too low otherwise.

No cobba I wasnt aware of the difference in transfer ratios thanks for that :changes: I will definately be running 35s on this puppy :armsup:
