OK guys i have a question.....
i have dual batteries fitted in the cruiser, they are already linked through a piranha dbe150 system.....
What i want to do is i want to run a seperate momentary switch on the dash so that i can link both batteries for starting when the main goes flat...
i think i'm getting lazy dont want to get out of the car with a jumper lead.....
anyways i have struggled to find any info about this anywhere......
any help or ideas on what the best way to do this, as well as a wiring diagram would be fantastic....

I was thinking of doing a similar thing, but then i thought how often do i need to jump start off the 2nd battery. It's easy enough to hook up a set of jumper leads.
But if you are even lazyer than me and still want to do it. Just cut a set of jumper cables, crimp some terminals to the ends and run the batteries together via a h/d battery isolator switch.

You could possibly do what I'm doing. I have my fridge, big stereo etc. running off two 100 Ah auxiliary batteries plus my winch through a 200 amp solenoid. At the winch I have added a second solenoid controlled by a momentary switch with a 2 b&s cable from there back to the main cranking battery. So if I want to jump start off the aux batteries, I turn on the winch solenoid and then hold the second solenoid momentary switch and start the car. This sounds a bit involved, but only needs one solenoid at the winch and about 1.5 meters of battery cable. The reason for the momentary switch is so that I can't leave it on and flatten all three batteries by accident.
