cable ties are not easy to remove unless you have side cutters, thus the reason for my question Mr Twon

PUBLIC RELEASE
2008 NISSAN TRIALS
It is with great disappointment that the 2008 Nissan Trials will be postponed. The Nissan Trials has had a long and successful track record over the past 18 years from its humble beginnings at River Island near Mittagong, to the iconic event that it has become at the SORRA site at Colo.
There has been an unfortunate series of events over the past few weeks which has culminated in a raft of new and quite onerous requirements being placed on the Nissan Trials organizers by the site holders and insurers. These requirements simply cannot be met given the time frame. The organizers, along with the site holders, are working through these requirements with a view to holding the event in 2009. These requirements may drastically change the way in which many other organizers will hold their events, setting in place a whole new set of rules to abide by!
The organizers would like to extend a huge thanks to those people and businesses that have been so supportive of the Trials. Without the sponsors of these types of events they simply could not be successful, and the supporters of the Nissan Trials over the past 18 years have been tremendous.
The clubs that have been involved in the Nissan Trials over the past 18 years have shown incredible support. Giving up their time, coming out in weather ranging from 35 degree summer days through to drought breaking, flooding rains. The spirit of friendly competition has always been prevalent and the organizers thank and commend all clubs on their involvement.
Members of the Nissan Patrol 4WD Club of NSW & ACT Inc have worked incredibly hard over the years to put the Nissan Trials on. In particular, to the small band of members who work tirelessly to build the competition tracks - the organiser’s appreciate and thank you for your efforts.
This is an unfortunate situation but due to the timing of these new requirements it has become impossible to deliver the thrills of the Nissan Trials in time for November 2008.
A decision will be made very soon on the timing for the 2009 Nissan Trials.
