Im planning on dropping a 6 litre L98 motor into my Lux and the plan is to (eventually) run Unimog 404 diffs with 40" boots.
Will the diffs hold up to my right foot?

Depends on the history of the axles, but if you run an auto trans you shouldn't be able to kill them.

What t/case?
Yeah will be behind an auto.
Havnt decided on a case yet. It would be nice to have an Atlas but Im not sure if I can stretch the budget that far.

Just don't use a 5:1 Atlas or something way out like that, you'll have plenty enough torque to smash portals if you do
Yeah I dont think I would be going quiet that low in the gearing especialy with the reduction from the portals it would take me half an hour to move a metre
