I dunno bout that because ive seen james ute being towd or trailerd more than any other car umungst out mates (sorry jimmy but ive towd you off the barge atleast twice haha!!). so itl be interesting test for the cruiser after being off the road for so long and haven a lot of work done to it.

So good luck to every team in the comp and hope every one has a good weekend.

Don't spose anyone seen anyone running around on Sunday with a soft sided esky strapped to a wheeled trolly anywhere. It was two toned blue, about 14" cubed, two velcro pockets on the front with a plastic base and small wheels.
We finished drinking out of it at camp around 2.00am Sunday after the night stages and when we packed up around 7.30 it was gone.
How someone could take something from someone's camp has got me stuffed.
I'm not too concerned about the esky, it was the wallet in it that I would like back. I don't even care about the rum cans and the shots that were in it.
If someone has 'accidently' ended up with it, it would be good if it could be posted to home, the address will be on the licences that are in it (No questions asked), there are some things in there that are irreplacable.
Even tell me where it was disposed of so I can travel back and find it, as none of the cards or anything is of any use to anyone.

Cheers

Thats no good Corry :x I left at about 9am Sunday and didn't see it, I also didn't go down for a look at the comp either. This sort of stuff happening makes you not want to go back again although I thought it was quite well behaved unlike the extreme winch challenge.

Just wanna say to all those people out there that missed out on entering or coming to watch the comp, missed out on one of the best comps ever held in rocky!! I know that Crackatinny want to know if they can put the entry in now so they dont almost miss out again next year!!!

I know this isnt very "HARDCORR" of me but if you make cages needed for next year, dont do it cause you want the tracks harder, do it for safety and leave the tracks the way they were, look at the attrition and DNF rate anyway... I'm sure there wasnt a team that walked away from this year sayin that the tracks were to easy.

Just wanna say a massive thankyou to all the people that put effort into making this event happen, it was a tops weekend you guys did an amazing job and dont let anyone bring you guys down!!!

Nice photo's Kramer, good to see you got a few photo's of My Dad's and My patrol (white GQ ute with the Orange Beadlocks) and my teammate's Rangie!!! Go the Mackay Boys!!!!!
Thanks a heap to the CQ club for another great weekend, been in it for three years now and it seems to get better every year. Awesome Tracks nice and challanging especially for the first few vehicles through them. The rollcage rule will probably effect us for next year, lack of room in the 110 and single cab patrol plus the fact they're almost daily drivers. Would'nt go making things to much harder as damage would be harder to avoid(any one know how to straighten Chassis's after that log stage). But that's just my opinion.
Thanks Again, Davo, Brad, Crazy Eye's, and all the Commitee who i don't know.
Cheers Wilsy

You guys were team Two and a Bit my favourite team of the weekend  You guys did well and were very methodical on how you attacked the tracks, also only one of a few teams to not time out on the big hill with the tree root sticking out (stage 8 I think).

Cheer's Kramer, yeah we did pretty well over the weekend, couldn't believe we ended up 2nd overall, i think having the old boys in our team give's us a lot of experience and a much more relaxed, quiet, almost boring driving style. But just goes to prove you don't need the flashest gear, or the most rev's to do alright, just gotta finish every stage....We had a ball and just wanna get out there and do more. I still can't belive the places Bob gets that Rangie and makes it look so easy while he's doing it. Was suprised how easy (musta been luck) we made stage 8 after all the trouble everyone else had.
