I had the same problem with mine.
I tried several locking caps but none of them fitted.
Then I got one of a Suzuki Carry Van. Fits like a glove and locks!

I found the Carry cap by accident.
Maybe buy a cap listed as Carry Van not Sierra.
Yes i bought a new filler cap from supercheap, just a cpc one which was catalogue specific for my model, didnt fit!!!! get an emergency cap from a servo
Since I bought my Sierra it has had some sort of no-name aftermarket cap. Doesn't look like it seals properly, sits at a upward angle etc. But it does; the tank still releases pressure when the cap is taken out, locks on. Just looks off...
Wheeling on completely wicked angles, without even looking stable.
i tried three for supercheap and none fitted, i gave up and put a black emergency one on. still want a lockable one though!! might have to find a carry van one

they fit nice and snug, look god cause theyre black, and cost 8 bucks so you can afford a spare when some bastard takes yours...
These would make a great short term fix. The main concern I'd have is if you can't lock the cap, your fuel can be stolen.
If people are game enough to do 'drive offs' at a servo's, syphoning fuel out of someone's car is nothing.
As my fuel gauge doesn't work. I judge the fuel left in my tank by kilometres travelled. If someone pinches fuel from me, I could end up stranded.

i thought my neck was screwed but it does have an aftermarket fuel cap on it
i'm after a new one too
