Hi,

4.6 would best suit 35's
4.3 would best suit 33's
4.1 would best suit 31's

well depends what you want,

on my 4.2 wagon, i had 3.9 and i didnt like them much with 35's then i went to 4.6 and it was great for take off however just revved to hard.

Now that i got a power upgrade i went back to 4.1 and love it even in low range in the bush its fine

To be one the safe side i would go 4.3 seeing that your not happy with 4.1 and i wouldnt worry to much about speedo corrections the money changing your gears you would be better off spending on difflocks and then eventually doing transfer gears..

I have a 4.2td wagon with 4.6s and 35's good take off but revs too hard around 100km/h plus. I also have a 4.2td ute with 35's and 37's with 4.1's and find with the 35's its alright but i think 4.3s would be ideal.

ratios are round grand per diff to buy from nissan

cost on fitting depends if you remove the centers yourself, and take them in, or you want drive in drive out service.

good time to fit them is while fitting lockers...

I brough a set of 4.6 front gears from them, all good with no problems yet,
the listing is for the "big" diff, h260 I think.

You will pick up 4.3 centre's pretty cheap.
I bought my rear brand new in original Nissan box for $450.
My front had ARB airlocker for $900 (second hand).
These ratio's are fine for 35's.

I have 4.6s for my Gu UTE and its great.
With my 37 claws which measure 36.1 or around that..The speedo is dead set perfect.

So with 35s it might rev just a little bit harder..tiny
I have 3" exhaust and dump pipe And would not go under 4.6s.I did have 4.88s before this and the only reason i changed was that the 4.88s are very weak.

I just put 4.6 in mine with 35's and a V8 conversion.
I iwsh i had done it earlier. Makes it so much nicer to drive on road. It does rev at about 2600 at 110km but the truck is now so responsive and enjoyable to drive.
It is like driving a car.
