What lift etc.. The more details you can give the better..
If it didnt do it before you changed tyres then bingo. Nearly all patrols have that wobble to a degree. Its a nissan factory problem. gq's had this and nissan tried to fix it in the gu range by widening the front diff length (hub to hub) and running a 0 offset on their rims to put more of the wheel back over the hubs. If your offset is more negative (wheel out) then it increases pressure on the hub causing this problem.
But still need more info from you to make sure thats the problem..

Your 2" lift wont be the problem. It will be the offset of the rims. Basically, your try to avoid anything that start the shakes. Because it only has to be small to start and your truck will do the rest and magnify it. Dont let it get the death wobbles too many times it will wear your upper panhard rod chassi hole out of round and is a pain to fix.
Your not suppossed to but if you remove a upper and low shim from your king pins it will tighten your hubs up and reduce the wobble. But your going to have to get 0 to neg 10 rims.

And also check to see if you have correct size bolts in your upper panhard rod holes aswell. They ALWAYS give you wrong size bolts. Shake your truck from size to side and look at the bolt and see if it moves.
Your mates will have to do all this aswell as run drop box's if they already arent.
Then no more wobbles if you keep your tyres ballanced
