Just did a search and couldnt find anything conclusive on the topic. ;)

I just got a coily zuk cheap and needs a bit of work, the transfer case will only shift 2H to 4H, will not go across to N or 4L.

I figured it would just be the shifter bush but on further inspection i realised its way different to my old leafy case, shouldn't of assumed.

But is it a simple problem like the leafy with a bush being stuffed or will i have to bring forward the 1Litre or 1.3L case swap if this one is stuffed?

If i do replace the box with a earlier one, i also need the jackshaft from the back of the gearbox correct? is there anything else i'd need to get?

I wouldn't bother fixing it, just do the swap.

You'll need the jack shaft and just the mounting brackets that attach the transfer to the chassis. Then it's just a case of mixing and matching flanges and shafts around to make them fit however which way you choose to do it.
