Two are in the front footwell under a rubber grommet. The very rear ones are hidden behind a plate in the rear 'body support channel'. Cant remember where the last two are, will have a look this arvo if you want.

All the bolts have nuts on them therefore requiring a socket set on one end and either another socket set or ring spanner. U will need ring spanner for the rear two which are located behind the plate which u need to take out 2 screws that are phillips heads for them to come off before seeing the bolts.

The other two u are missing are probably under the front seats i remeber taking out the seats on both 60s i have done body lifts on.

If u are doing a body lift u will need to put the rear bolts in opposite to the way they came out eg. upside down as u cant fit the bolt through the whole the plate opens

The last two are in the back cargo area between the wheel arches.Under your carpet there is two rubber gromets about 2 inches in dia. The heads of the bolts are in those holes that are about 3 inches deep. Get a screw driver and dig around in the hole because there usualy full of mud :)
