I have a 88 NF Pajero, was wondering if there is any after market front diff lockers for these.
I have had a look on the net with no success.
What sort of front lockers do people run in there Pajeros.

front diff lock

Do you have V6 or 4 cylinder - this is the deciding factor.
If you have a 4 cylinder you have the smaller 7.25" front diff so your only option is a Detroit custom made by Geelong Diffs here in Melbourne.
If you have a V6 you have the 8" front diff so the ARB (RD110) will fit along with the Lokka from 4wd Systems plus a custom Detroit. The custom Detroit will cost as much as the ARB anyway.
If you have a 4 cylinder my advice would be to convert to the V6 front end so you gain the larger diff, CV's and brakes. All bolt in stuff.
Oh and hi Shane.

Hiya Frank...long time no chat!
Yeah, as Frank describes, I put a Gen I V6 front diff, mounts, and CV axles into the front of my 4-banger and then put in an RD110. The only part that wasn't "bolt-in" was that I had to have my drive shaft shortened by 1.5 inches. Others who have done this mod still had to have their front drive shaft shortened, but not as much.
