Early Disco seats slide right on.

The fella who owned the rangie before me put the drivers side belt up on the B pillar and I've since got rid of the original Rangie seat for the Disco one but apparently the seat belt change would need to be engineered so I was considering getting a 2 door seat again until I can get some money for a roll cage harnesses, etc and then engineered.

You shouldn't even need the bases unless you still need access into the rear (if they bases are from a 3 door Disco, then they should have a tilt function, I believe)

I kept my original base and just slide the new seat on.

yeah my disco 1 seats are out of a 4 door so they dont have the tilt
but ill still use them because the bases in the rangie are a bit passed there used by date
or i was thinking to just fit racing seats.
Would any one know the price of 2 monza racing seats ?

ritters used to do a kit that bolted the seatbelt onto the b pillar, it was a steel bar that slid up in the pillar that you could bolt the belt to, infact i have them on my old 4 door, but unfortunately it is now on a trailer on a journey to the scrap metal place tomorrow!

Hey team little legs

My racing seats which are monza autotechnica are around about $350 each and the harnesses were $100-$110 i think.

Ive seen the seats advertised, they might of gone down in price as i have seen them bout the $300 mark.
