60 Series Brake Lines

Post by Red04VXE »

Hey guys, need a little bit of advice.
What length extended brake lines do I need to get.
2inch Lifted Springs and MAYBE down the track 2in Body Lift.
Using 55mm extended anti-inversion shackles Pin to pin distance is 135mm.
Do I get 4in lift length or 6in Lift Length.
What are these lengths so I can get them made at Local Brake Shop. :?: :?:

How'd you go?

I put in anti-inversion shackles the other day and noticed the brake lines where tight before the back wheel comes off the ground.

BBM do a kit but $150 for a pair of hoses seems a bit rich :?

pretty sure body lift is irrelivent when extending your brake hoses as they are attached to your chassis not the body.
just take your old hoses down to your local shop and ask for 200mm longer.
mine are rather long but any extra is tucked inside the engine bay.
mine just cost me 80 bucks.

good luck.
